food trailer offering a variety of fried foods, specifically chicken and fish. We put our own spin on these everyday favorites and present them in imaginative, enticing, and appetizing ways. We became aware that there weren't many home-cooked meals available in our community and wanted to change that for the numerous people who were missing a "sense of home" when they bit into their food. We are releasing innovative recipes that will entice customers to come back week after week.
